This solutions article will cover how to access and change the credentials that are stored for the OData Feed Queries. 


If you encounter issues with the OData Feed locking your SAP account, it's due to the credentials that are stored for the queries being out of date or incorrect. You can primarily encounter this problem when you do password changes or when the system prompts you to create a new one.  


To correct this, you'll need to update your credentials that are stored for the OData feeds. 

1. Open up excel


2. Pull up the queries


  • Click the Data feed tab 
  • Click the "Queries & Connection" button



3. Double click either of the queries that popped up on the screen on the right-hand side. 


You'll need to edit both of the queries and apply the changes that you'll be doing going forward to both of them.




4. Click the "Data Source Settings" button



5. Select the query, then click "Edit Permission" 


6. Click "Edit" on the edit permission screen


7. This will open the credentials screen, which you will now update with your new credentials. 


Please be sure to apply the updated credentials to both queries
