First and foremost, welcome to the team! We certainly hope that your transition goes smoothly and we’re here to help in any way we can. This document is intended as an overview of the standard IT software and recommended practices. Please read this document and if you have any questions let us know.

An Email Address

  • For SEF, Downing, and OSO employees, the naming convention for your email address is firstnamelastname@downingusa.com/firstnamelastname@osoperf.com/firstnamelastname@sef.energy . For example, “John Doe” would receive email at johndoe@downingusa.com.
Existing Employees may have different naming conventions depending on when they joined the company and which company they joined, however, going forward the above conventions will be followed.

How to request IT Support

In order to request IT support, please do the following


Create a support ticket

IT support request should be initiated by visiting https://sefenergy.freshdesk.com and creating a new support ticket or emailing support@sefenergy.freshdesk.com. It is quick and easy and ensures that your ticket will get looked at by more than one of the IT Staff members.
