How to Access UKG Pro

Login Tip

Does your mobile device have Face ID capabilities?
If yes, you can turn on Face ID login in the settings within the UKG Pro app. This will bypass the need to enter your email and password each time you log in.


Two Easy Ways

  1. From your computer
  2. From your mobile device using the UKG apps

From Your Computer

  1. Go to:
    • https://sef.ultipro.com
    • OR https://myapps.microsoft.com
  2. Log in using your company‑provided Microsoft login
    • Example: janedoe@downingusa.com
  3. If using MyApps, click on the UKG app to open it.

From Your Mobile Device

Step 1: Download the Apps

Download both UKG Pro and UKG Ready:

UKG Pro

  • Apple App Store: https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/ultipro/id1146945670
  • Google Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ultimatesoftware.ultipromobile&hl=en_US&gl=US

UKG Ready

  • Apple App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/ukg-ready/id1231506825
  • Google Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kronos.workforceready&hl=en_US&gl=US

Step 2: Sign In

  1. Open the UKG Pro app
  2. Enter the Company Access Code:
    sefenergy
    
  3. Choose Use SSO (Corporate Credentials)
  4. Log in using your company‑provided Microsoft account

Note: You cannot log directly into the UKG Ready app. It must be accessed from within the UKG Pro app.


How to Reset Your Password

  1. Go to: https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com
  2. Follow the on‑screen instructions
  3. If further assistance is needed, email:
    support@sefenergy.freshdesk.com

Troubleshooting Tips for Logging In

Invalid Username or Password

  • Make sure you selected Use SSO (Corporate Credentials) before entering your login information.

“Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in”

  • If the error mentions you are not assigned to a role for the application, email
    support@sefenergy.freshdesk.com to open a ticket so access can be added.

Troubleshooting Tips – iPhone

If you see an error like:
“We are unable to complete your request at the moment. Please contact your system administrator.”
You may have a timed‑out session.

Steps:

  1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen
  2. Swipe left to find the app
  3. Swipe the app up and off the screen
  4. Reopen the app and try logging in again

Troubleshooting Tips – Android

If you see the same timeout error message:

Close one app

  1. Swipe up from the bottom, hold, then release
  2. Swipe up on the app to close it

Close all apps

  1. Swipe up from the bottom, hold, then release
  2. Swipe from left to right
  3. Tap Clear all

Fix for “Internal 500 Error” When Accessing UKG Ready (Android)

  1. Open Settings on your phone
  2. Select Apps
  3. Select the ellipsis (three dots) in the top right
  4. Select Reset app preferences, then confirm
  5. Scroll down, select UKG Ready, and open it
  6. Select Set as Default
  7. Ensure Open supported links is turned on
  8. Select Supported web addressesand enable:
    secure60.saashr.com
    
  9. Open the UKG Pro app and select a time‑related tile to launch UKG Ready
