  • Wait for the inactivity duration to kick-in, which is set for 2 hours
  • Send a ticket in to IT support (support@sefenergy.freshdesk.com) and have your open sessions cleared


You can also click the portrait icon and click logoff and this will normally free it up. If that doesn't work please send a ticket to IT to manually clear your sessions.
